Life of the Loan Monitoring
At the point of origination, AO can begin to monitor the status of the mortgagee’s HOA account. Our process will ensure the account is never more than 60 days in arrears. You will receive a property status report every 90 days.
Negotiation of Delinquencies
At the time of closing, AO will reconcile amounts paid to the HOA against the outstanding balance to negotiate and confirm a final settlement and obtain satisfaction letter from the HOA.
